RFP-hoofdstuk 14
Adoption is a deliverable
Training, documentation and handover are a mandatory part of the launch, not an optional extra.
Our response & approach
Training with real editorial tasks
Training and adoption are part of the project scope. We start as soon as the core components are available in the acceptance environment, so that editors gain experience before the content deadline. The training uses real Chrysal tasks and takes place in English or Dutch, as appropriate for the participants. Subject-matter experts receive a short explanation of their review role.
Training scope per scenario
Core includes two editor training sessions of two hours and one administrator training session of two hours, plus documentation and a joint follow-up session after go-live. Recommended adds a local editorial session and additional guidance on working with content and variants. We cover page structure, media, relationships, language and market, previews, revisions, SEO/GEO, privacy and accessible publishing.
Manuals and technical handover
The documentation consists of a practical CMS manual, component examples, a publishing checklist and short recordings of suitable instructions. Technical handover includes architecture, code, access, dependencies, licences, and release and recovery procedures. Security-sensitive information is shared via an agreed secure route. New editors can later refer to the same onboarding material.
Independent publishing task as a test
The assessment is concrete: an editor independently creates a new case, links a solution, chooses a local contact route, checks the preview and publishes in accordance with permissions and approvals. If this is not successful, we investigate whether the instruction or the CMS needs improvement. We provide training material, a handover register and a short adoption report with remaining guidance needs.
