Volume limits, content, integrations, team, services and costs remain explicit until they have been validated.
Our response & approach
Confirming assumptions before contracting
This proposal builds on the strategic direction and mandatory elements of the RFP. Where information is missing, we make the assumption visible. The following points must be confirmed during clarification or before final contracting, because they may affect price, architecture, planning or operational arrangements.
| Information to be confirmed | Current working hypothesis | Material impact |
|---|---|---|
| Languages, markets and URL structure | Core three market contexts and two languages; Recommended five and four. | More necessary variants require additional content and testing work; no automatic phasing out. |
| Size and quality of Drupal export | One usable export source within the volumes of chapter 16. | Complex fields, media and multiple sources may entail additional import work. |
| Current analytics and account permissions | The existing setup and relevant data can be viewed. | Without access, a different baseline measurement or additional setup is needed. |
| Existing assistant Lily | Contract, data sources and usage still to be investigated. | Retaining or taking over may entail licences, privacy and integration costs. |
| CRM, PIM, DAM, recruitment and distribution | Core data can be managed manually or through a defined import/routing process at launch. | Deep or two-way integrations may change scope and architecture. |
| Technical and commercial claims | Chrysal provides source material and content approval. | Without evidence, content is adjusted or not yet published. |
| Translation, media rights and PDFs | Chrysal provides approved translations and usable material. | New production, translation and document remediation are budgeted additionally. |
| Client team availability | Product owner and experts are scheduled; feedback within five working days. | Delays may shift the roadmap. |
| Current hosting, SLA and peak load | Still to be shared during clarification. | Service level and operational allowance may change. |
| ISO and other certificates | Only demonstrable current certification is listed. | Certification requirements may affect supplier selection and costs. |
| Regional e-commerce | Not included in the initial fixed launch scope. | Entities, payment and ERP requirements determine separate implementation and management. |
Decisions and supporting documents before submission
For a final offer, Afdeling Online internally establishes the commercial amounts, SLA targets, warranty conditions and payment arrangements and confirms them with the suppliers involved. The stated price allowances are replaced by selected services or explicit budget agreements. In addition, team names, availability, replacements, reference contacts and concrete supporting documents are added. For the proprietary accessibility plugin, functions, support and responsibility are confirmed. These are the remaining internal verifications; the substantive approach is fully developed in this draft.
Sources and scope boundaries of examples
The RFP is the primary source for requirements, target groups, journeys and evaluation. The public sources below were consulted on 19 October 2026. Examples of new routes, content and applications are proposals by Afdeling Online and not product claims established by Chrysal. This initial response is not a completed technical audit or an analysis of account data that are not yet accessible.
