19. Expected deliverables

RFP-hoofdstuk 19
Delivering concrete products
Each phase ends with demonstrable deliverables and an acceptance decision, not just an account of hours spent.
Our response & approach
Agreeing on deliverables and acceptance
Our deliverables are transferable resources that Chrysal can continue working with. For each phase, we agree in advance what ready means and who accepts it. This allows content, design and technology to be assessed separately without losing sight of their interrelationship.
| Stage | Result to be delivered | Proof of acceptance |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | Digital principles, baseline measurement, sitemap, six flows, content model, taxonomy, architecture, localisation, scope, measurement plan and planning. | Decision list with approval of scope, dependencies and budget. |
| UX & design | Wireframes, clickable prototype, responsive design, digital brand translation, component library and editorial design rules. | Completed user tasks and approval of the selected designs. |
| Development | Working CMS, content types, components, permissions, languages, market variants, search, forms, interfaces and measurement setup. | Demonstration on the acceptance environment and functional test results. |
| Migration | Inventory, content decisions, import, redirects, metadata, language relationships, technical validation and launch baseline. | Tested mapping and checked priority URLs and content. |
| Training & QA | Training sessions, manuals, recordings where appropriate, test reports, privacy and technical handover. | Independently completed editorial tasks and agreed UAT acceptance. |
| Launch & optimisation | Production launch, two weeks of SEO/GEO monitoring (weeks 3–6 in block two), fixes and prioritised follow-up backlog. | Final report, completed handover and agreements on open points. |
Done also means usable
The definition of ready always includes appropriate documentation. A form, for example, is only ready when the fields, processing, confirmation, routing, consent and measurement have been checked together. A content type is only usable when it has also been populated with real Chrysal content and the editorial team understands how relationships and local variants work.
