RFP-hoofdstuk 16
Three transparent investment blocks
Core is the foundation. Recommended expands the elaboration. Future options are selected and estimated separately.
Our response & approach
Estimate and commercial assumptions
The amounts below are identical to the investment in “Proposal & investment” and follow the commercial appendix dated 30 October 2026. One-off work is calculated at €119 per hour and monthly additional work at €108 per hour, excluding VAT. Final scope, budget allowance per phase and external costs will be confirmed before commissioning.
Block 01 · Core launch scope
Block one contains the nine work packages that also form the nine steps in “How we work together towards launch”: from discovery, design and development to analytics, testing, launch, the content entry workshop, project management and SEO/GEO migration. Together this amounts to 124 hours and €14,756.
| Work package | Hours | Rate | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discovery: site structure, navigation, customer journeys, content model, CMS and localisation | 12 | €119 | €1,428 |
| Visual design and block library · 5 unique page designs | 24 | €119 | €2,856 |
| Development: WordPress blocks, content types, languages and markets, search and filters, contact and distributor overview, forms and technical SEO/GEO foundation | 46 | €119 | €5,474 |
| Analytics, Tag Manager and consent | 2 | €119 | €238 |
| Testing and quality control, including an accessibility check | 4 | €119 | €476 |
| Launch | 4 | €119 | €476 |
| Content entry workshop, documentation and migration templates | 6 | €119 | €714 |
| Project management | 4 | €119 | €476 |
| SEO/GEO migration: baseline measurement, URL inventory, redirect mapping, technical validation, AI baseline measurement and 2 weeks of monitoring | 22 | €119 | €2,618 |
| Total block one | 124 | — | €14,756 |
Core: deliberate trade-offs
Core is a pragmatic launch: Chrysal supplies and enters content and images, global content is translated with DeepL and reviewed locally, and there are no live integrations apart from analytics and consent. Copywriting, separate translation work, photography and video, AI functionality, e-commerce and system integrations are not included.
Block 02 · Recommended scope
Block two adds 5 building blocks that strengthen preparation, content and quality assurance: 66 hours and €7,854. They can be selected individually or as a complete block.
| Building block | Hours | Rate | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wireframes and clickable prototype of the main templates | 16 | €119 | €1,904 |
| Keyword, question and intent research · English | 10 | €119 | €1,190 |
| SEO/GEO content strategy and knowledge base roadmap · first 6 months | 12 | €119 | €1,428 |
| WCAG 2.2 AA scan | 16 | €119 | €1,904 |
| Extended aftercare: monitoring in weeks 3–6 and AI baseline measurement with 100 prompts | 12 | €119 | €1,428 |
| Total block two | 66 | — | €7,854 |
Our advice: Core plus Recommended
Our advice is block one plus block two: 190 hours and €22,610 one-off. Block one alone remains a complete, usable foundation when a more limited initial rollout is explicitly approved.
Block 03 · Optional extensions
The extensions below are separate options on top of block one or two. The appendix lists indicative amounts, not established hours. Each module first receives its own scope definition and approval.
| Option | Indicative investment | Key assumption |
|---|---|---|
| Keyword research per additional language | €1,190 | Per language. A separate estimate will follow for multiple languages; the selection counts one language. |
| Training videos and customer questions and FAQ workshop | €952–€1,428 | An addition to the included content entry workshop and brief documentation. |
| Lab-proof content: before/after visuals and time-lapses | €1,904–€2,856 | Agree on the details and available source material in advance; have comparative claims reviewed. |
| AI-assisted search of approved content | €4,760–€7,140 | With source attribution and handover to an expert. Usage costs are separate. |
| Regional e-commerce · WooCommerce · first region | €7,140–€10,710 | First region; determine payments, VAT, logistics and product source in advance. |
| CRM integration for lead routing per market | €1,904–€3,808 | Define the boundaries of data flow, system access and routing in advance. |
| PIM or DAM integration | €2,856–€4,760 | Per defined integration; assess specifications and source quality first. |
| Personalisation per target audience or market | €2,856–€4,760 | Based on an agreed user need and privacy framework. |
Hosting, maintenance and recurring costs
The recurring costs are separate from the project investment and amount to €240 per month (€2,880 per year), excluding VAT. The consent-platform subscription is separate and held by Chrysal. We work with clients using CookieYes and Cookiebot; CookieYes is our most-used platform and proposed first choice, with Cookiebot as an alternative. The platform, plan and licence cost will be confirmed before commissioning.
| Recurring item | Per month | Per year | Assumptions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Managed dedicated hosting and maintenance | €214 | €2,568 | Updates, security, backups and monitoring |
| Plugins | €26 | €312 | Multilingual functionality with DeepL, search and SEO |
| Fixed monthly costs | €240 | €2,880 | Hosting, maintenance and plugins together |
| Optional: SEO/GEO monitoring and optimisation · 6 hours | €648 | €7,776 | Monthly additional work at €108 per hour |
Total costs in year one
Year one including twelve months of hosting and plugins totals €17,636 for block one and €25,490 for block one plus block two, without optional extensions.
Agreeing on invoicing and changes
We work with an agreed budget allowance per phase. Changes will have their impact on money, time and management assessed in advance. No additional work will start without a change agreed in writing. Validity period, payment term and indexation will be set out in the final offer.
