Chrysal × Afdeling Online / RFP 2027

23. Selection process

RFP-hoofdstuk 23

From selection to a shared starting point

Clarification and a focused working session support an informed partner choice, followed by an explicit commission and discovery.

Our response & approach

Translating selection into a concrete choice

Afdeling Online aligns with the proposed selection: shortlist, RFP, clarification, offer, presentation or working session, preferred selection subject to budget and then discovery. Our contribution focuses on making a concrete, comparable choice. For final pricing, we primarily clarify volumes, markets, existing services and necessary connections.

Working session around a customer question and solution

For the working session, we focus on a representative content question, for example how a professional customer moves from a transport challenge to a substantiated solution and local help. We show how the same knowledge remains independently accessible, how an editor manages it and which data are measured. Examples in this session are illustrative until Chrysal has approved their content.

Agenda for joint assessment

A ninety-minute working agenda includes twenty minutes for the strategic translation, twenty-five minutes for the customer journey and content, twenty minutes for CMS and technology, fifteen minutes for investment and phasing and ten minutes for decisions and open questions. This allows Chrysal to assess both our recommendation and our way of working together.

Discovery starts after formal approval

After preferred selection, we confirm the assignment, scope, budget, project staffing and decision-making structure. Discovery only starts after that assignment and access to the necessary information. The outcome is a refined implementation basis with a formal decision on the next steps. A preference for a partner therefore does not yet constitute an unlimited assignment for all future functions.
